What happens after you activate

Activation is the start of onboarding. Here is the order things arrive in.

Agreement, where required

Brands with their own supplier document have it signed before activation. It is stored against your account and visible to you and to the brand. Brands without one skip this step entirely.

Pricing and product data

You receive dealer cost, the minimum advertised price sheet, product information and images, and delivery timeframes. This is everything you need to build listings.

Getting the catalog into your store

Products can be imported in bulk from a spreadsheet rather than typed one at a time, including codes, pricing, specifications and media links. Where a brand has a prepared CSV file, it is an optional dealer service, described and priced before you buy it. For larger catalogs, stock levels can be kept in step automatically so you are not selling what the brand cannot ship.

Ordering and support

Orders are placed through your dealer account with the customer details and payment, and both you and the brand are notified. Support questions about a product or the program can be asked from the same place at any stage.
